Cinnamon Stick Cassia

DescriptionCassia Cinnamon Stick is a type of cinnamon, known as Southeast Asian or Chinese cinnamon (as opposed to Ceylon cinnamon, which is the one we use in baking). Cassia cinnamon is thicker, harder and forms a double spiral, with a darker colour and much stronger flavour, and with a typical spicy aroma.
