Petimezi – Grapes Syrup – 175ml (GW-245gr)

Petimezi is a thick syrup with a dark color which is produced by boiling the grape must. It is a by-product of grapes and is used mainly as a sweetener for the production of sweet and sour dishes, for salad dressings, for desserts (e.g. in ice cream, yogurt, donuts) and in various beverages instead of sugar. As it is typically said, it is the grape in a concentrated form, where almost a bunch of grapes is contained in a spoonful of petimezi.
