Number cupcake topper production time I (Mel!) design and handmake all my cupcake toppers and party décor in Dunedin, New Zealand. They make the perfect addition to any celebration, be it birthdays, weddings, baby showers, retirement etc. I make each item to order, so please be sure to allow up 10 days for production. It is usually much faster than this, but it can reach ten days during my peak seasons. I ship all my items with NZ Post and they are *usually* overnight, but please allow up to three days for delivery (or five for rural).
